Our Service
The North East Law Centre is piloting a new civil law pro bono clinic in partnership with a regional Law firm. The clinic will provide limited ‘one-off’ advice to resolve queries raised or provide clients with a clear roadmap of next steps on small claims issues such as:
- Consumer complaints (both for complainants and defending claims made against consumers);
- Breach of contract claims;
- Parking fines;
- IP and other specialist issues.
The clinic will run initially on a fortnightly basis providing face to face advice and with limited spaces.
