This is a project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, for which the North East Law Centre is the proud lead partner. The project delivers Welfare Benefits advice.
What is the Help Through Crisis project?
The project is delivered by our Welfare Benefits Caseworker, and aims to help clients resolve their underlying issues with additional elements of support delivered by Changing Lives and Connected Voice.
The North East Law Centre is now delivering Welfare Benefits Advice as the project lead for the Help Through Crisis project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
With these three key partners, the project works with families in Newcastle who would not ordinarily engage with support services, and are experiencing crisis and hardship. This project is not available to those living in other areas of the North East.
