We are currently piloting a brand new civil law pro bono clinic in partnership with a regional Law firm. The clinic will provide limited ‘one-off’ advice to resolve queries raised or provide clients with a clear roadmap of next steps on small claims issues. 

The areas we can cover through the clinic are as follows:

• Consumer complaints (both for complainants and defending claims made against consumers);
• Breach of contract claims;
• Parking fines;
• IP and other specialist issues.

The clinic will not support: Criminal; Personal injury; Immigration; Family; Welfare Benefits; Housing; Regulated Debt Advice; Negligence claims

It will initially run on a fortnightly basis providing face to face advice and with limited spaces.
